MANGO ORANGE DATES & GINGER SMOOTHIE-1
This smoothie is fresh, juicy and also features a little citrus flavour to make any dreary day a lot more enjoyable. The ginger combines very well with mango and contributes a host of antioxidant and anti-inflammatory phytochemicals.
- Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend at high speed for a full minute until all ingredients are blended. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
