This Broccoli smoothie is a great source of vitamins A (as beta-carotene) and C and is also a good source of folate. Folate is especially important for women who are pregnant. Mango and pineapple add a tropical flavor to these refreshing smoothies. Great for breakfast or an any-time snack!

    • Broccoli
    • Pineapple
    • Banana
    • Mango
    • Strawberries
  • Directions
    • Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend at high speed for a full minute until all ingredients are blended.  Pour into a glass and enjoy.
